Autoimmune disorders are very often caused and worsened by our social environment, our physical, emotional, mental well-being, and choice of lifestyle. There is exciting Clinical Evidence that Hypnotherapy can really help. I have had my own challenges with autoimmune disorders I had Uveitis for many years leading to a temporary loss of sight in one eye and I've lived with Hidradenitus Suppurativa since I was about 12. The medication I was prescribed caused symptoms to offen worsen, the side effects led to tolerance, a need for more medication and often a worsening of symptoms. I had to step up and took my health into my own hands (healer heal thyself). I weaned myself off the medication and have hugely benefited from using hypnosis and hypnotherapy. I am now focusing my work to help clients with dysfunctional immune systems, and have helped many clients over the year's with chronic fatigue, pain and other invisible conditions.
